All is well and Sunny

After last weekends high jinks every one got home safe and well and a good time was had by all please see our distinguished director Mr R Wood in his best going out clothes-

We are getting a very large order book both on Roofline and Flat roofs side of the company and will be ordering a new van next week and employing another fitting team to cope woth the work load we have. We have also in the last 6 weeks taken on a sales rep, Mr Tommy Walker who is doing very well- keep it up mate!!

Our spring sale is almost over and looking forward to a nice hot summer with good fitting weather for our lads. We have been at Avondale Way our new premises for over a year now but it only seems like two minutes.

Spring is here and so are the stags!

Welcome to some nicer weather so we can get through the back log of work which was postponed due to the bad weather. We have been extremely busy with flat roofs and Fascias and Soffits orders and ask our customers who have ordered to be patient as we will get to you as fast as we can.

We have the last few weeks of our spring sale still on so best to get to your orders in before the 30th April as our suppliers price rises have not taken effect just yet.

The snooker team is in close season so the windows in the snooker room are safe until September and Johnny smashes the white ball again!Richard

Richard our director is having his stag do this week end , 19 of us are going down to the dogs at Sheffield, some people say we have already gone to the dogs. So lets hope sunday morning is not as bad as think it will be, and “i am never drinking again” is said by many but followed thorugh by no one. This is the first of two weddings this year as Richard Duxbury our Flat Roof installations manager is also tying the knot, so another stag do on the horizon in August.

Will report back next week and tell you about the events of Saturday at the dogs.

Ronnie O’ Sullivan watch out!!

Some of the lads who work at Northern Roofline are in a snooker team which play at Edge Top WMC, Thornhill, Dewsbury. We play in a league, C section which is the equivalent of the football league 2 !!, so Ronnie need not worry too much. 

We are currently near the bottom of the league but we are showing signs of Improvement, Ben has ordered some new contact lenses, Jonny has put his broom handle on ebay and now has a proper cue, Richard and Stewart have finally managed to put there drinks down for half an hour and help us out by winning us some much needed points over the last few matches. Rikki, otherwise known as ” shoulders” or “BA” from the A Team, is our anchor man and normally saves a sinking ship!. Even the daddy of us all Bill, Jonny and rikki’s dad, came out of retirement to earn us points recently away  at Earlsheaton.  So we will keep you posted on the result of monday night’s match, we are home to Horbury Conservatives. Winter has started now !!!

The winter weather has really arrived today and we only have another 7 fitting days before xmas. We have still another 7 days left on our current sale offer and orders are coming in nicely for January and February fittings. Lets hope the temperature rises for our last few days of work !!
